How soon should I plan with my caterer? 

It is never too early to start planning your event with us! As soon as you decide to host an event feel free to contact us.

  • We request at least 1 week notice to help you plan your event & menu.
  • Guest List of 20 or more? No worries! We request more notice to ensure your event & food are amazing!

Where Can I Pickup My Order? 

Sorelle Cucina, 30 Conestoga Road, Malvern PA 19355

Pickups can be made between:

  • 10am-6pm Monday-Friday
  • 10am-5pm Saturdays
  • *We are closed Sunday-Monday.  If you need a pickup on one of these days please make arrangements when discussing/placing your order.

Is Service Ware Provided? 

•Disposable Plates, napkins, flatware & cups are available  for an additional fee. The amount is based on head count.

•Disposable Platters also available for an additional charge

  •   Extra service ware can be purchased for an additional charge
  •   Wire chafing dishes can be purchased for $10 each

What is Required to Book my Event? 

  • To secure a date with Sorelle Cucina a 25% deposit is required at time of booking.
  • Balance due at least 1 week in advance of scheduled event.

What is your Cancellation Policy? 

To receive a full refund for revisions or cancellations, a 48 business hour notice is required. After 48 business hours, client will be billed full amount.
